Salary: Up to £125,000 OTE and fully expensed travel

iO Associates are excited to be collaborating with a Global Software Company to find a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for advising the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and working to clients’ needs including formulating plans to create long term opportunities.
On offer to you is a hybrid, Senior Business Development Manager, permanent role, paying up to £125,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities and track progress against targets
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gain new opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business plans, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients, partners, and vendors
Prospect and manage the strategic sales cycle
Assess programme risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience as a Business Development Manager
Strong understanding of the healthcare market and regulatory environment
Results driven individual with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
