Do you offer ?
At least 3 years experience with the Salesforce platform
Experience working in a customer support function – managing a support queue with the ability to prioritise workload.
An understanding of Cloud Computing and SaaS applications.
Experience working with relational databases.
With us you will have the chance to demonstrate your experience of one or more of the following Salesforce products; Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Scheduler and Einstein Activity Capture. Your day to day will typically include handling all Salesforce administrative user functions e.g. user account maintenance, profile/ role changes and new user setup. You will be creating documentation to support the implemented system and working in a Scaled Agile environment, following the fundamentals and practices of SAFe. You will use tools like the Dataloader and Workbench to perform mass data changes and using your debugging skills to investigate any flow failures or code failures to pass on to the development team for resolution. You will be merging duplicate records, creating configuration records and deleting data not required. You will also demonstrate your troubleshooting skills, supporting users with data issues, record visibility and report building.
