About the role
As a result of the continually growing demand for our specialist services, we are looking for an individual to join our expanding National Employer Solutions Group, as a Manager.The purpose of the role is to support the needs of a diverse range of clients in providing a variety of share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice and legal implementation. This will involve a significant amount of client contact as well as providing support to more senior colleagues in the Employer Solutions team. The position will present varied challenges and give you the responsibility to fully stretch and grow your skills, offering excellent development potential.Responsibilities:-
About the ideal candidate
As the ideal candidate, you will have strong experience in equity incentives / reward work gained in a high quality professional services environment (applicants from either an accountancy or legal background will be considered). Your current role will either be fully specialised advising in this area, or it will constitute a substantial proportion of your work.Opportunities for progression are excellent for the right candidate, with support for your training and development needs.
