Shipping co-ordinator – Fine arts

My client is a global leader in the fine art transportation industry looking for experience Shipping Coordinators to join their successful team.

Daily duties will include:

• Coordinate international shipments
• Handling of import and export documentation, invoices, EUR1s, customs declarations and licenses etc
• Keeping up to date with HMRC import and export guidelines
• Maintain file
• Maintain existing client base and building relationships with new clients
• Preparing invoices
• Working on projects
• Arranging collections and deliveries
• Liaising with galleries, overseas agents, offices and relevant parties

Skills needed:

• Previous experience in the fine art industry is massively advantageous however not essential,
• You must have previous experience in a shipping role
• PC literate
• Outstanding customer service skills
• PC literate

All levels of experience within the fine art / high value luxury goods shipping will be considered Saalary range £30-34k
