Position Summary The Site Supervisor will be focused on the fixing of the site, company products and record the site progress. You will be required to arrange fixing programmes to meet the company work load, visit sites during the installation process and liaise with the contractor s representative. You will be able to communicate with the contracts drawing office, advising on fixing solutions and deliver site training to fixers in line with Health & Safety. Main duties and responsibilities Complete site surveys and supervise the site fixing of company products. Train the fixers, giving a toolbox talks, coaching and guidance. To carry out site services and repairs. You will be required to arrange fixing programmes to meet the company workload in conjunction with the Contracts Manager. Keep appropriate records of site progress. Supervise of site fixing of company products. Visit sites prior to and during the installation process and to liaise with the general contracts representative. To take site sizes where necessary. Experience Knowledge of health and safety regulations and working knowledge of hoist and cherry pickers. 1 year within a construction or manufacturing site. Full UK driving licence IPAF (MEWP) SMSTSQ Qualifications and Education Essential: Good standard of education and sound knowledge and experience of the construction industry. CSCS PASMA Desirable: Construction/Design Degree would be advantageous
