SNR Timetabling Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Timetabling Officer to work within Higher Education based near South Kensington. Hybrid model (2 days in the office) hours 9-5pm Monday – Friday. Start 19th June – 15th December 23 . £22.42ph.

To be responsible for organising and overseeing data collection activities alongside colleagues, undertaking follow-up actions as necessary. To establish and implement local timetabling quality metrics in addition to applying institutional measures. To generate and review timetables. To analyse and manipulate complex data sets from multiple sources for quality control, exception reporting, presentation to stakeholders and importing purposes.To transform and input timetabling data into the Celcat Timetabling system. To generate regular progress reports using system tools, general productivity tools and the College reporting platform for stakeholders. To be responsible for ensuring that data is accurate, up-to-date and complete.

Experience of working in Timetabling in the Higher Education sector

Experience of design and editing within reporting tools such as Power BI to interrogate complex datasets

Experience of SQL and query writing

Experience of training and supporting staff

Experience of Celcat or comparable Higher Edcation timetabling software

Experience of automated timetabling / autoscheduling

Experience of administrating / supporting exams
