Working in our exciting Consumer Credit Decisioning Lab, you will lead other Software Engineers and work with our PO team and Risk customers, to design and deploy application and/or data solutions that underpin the financial stability of Lloyds Banking Group.Your technical expertise and insight will ensure the products we deliver are fit for purpose and meet the quality and standards expected.

Location: Halifax West Yorkshire. We work in a hybrid approach with currently two days per week in the office.
The base salary banding for this role is £61,911 – £89,427 – plus benefits outlined below
About our team:
Our engineers are currently working with the latest cloud infrastructure, microservice and dev ops tooling.
We work in one of five Lab Feature Teams.Each of these multi-skilled teams has clear objectives and accountabilities and understand their role in delivering the transformation of Risk Decisioning.
Our engineers also benefit from peer-to-peer learning and mentoring via our Communities of Practice, Engineering Guilds and Working Groups

About the role:

You ll use a variety of Modern Engineering practices and toolsets to deliver products that are fit for purpose and meet the quality standards that our customers expect.
