JOB TITLE: Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics CRM
SALARY: The salary banding for this role is £66,861 – £74,290
LOCATION: Edinburgh
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We have an excellent opportunity to join our CTO Engineering Core Platforms team as a CRM Software Engineer, delivering solutions to Lloyds Banking Group business areas. The Software Engineer CRM role is a great blend of technical skills and business acumen; CRM done well can transform a business. This will suit a driven individual who has both technical and business skills. The aim is to deliver the highest quality customer focused software whilst continually challenging, motivating, mentoring, and supporting their engineering teams.
We have completed a major transformation project to move all our CRMs into cloud and we are now 100% SaaS cloud based. This hugely successful programme was recognised nationally and included several recognitions:
