£80k+ 12% bonus – 3 days a week onsite in Bournemouth

As the new software manager, you will come in and take the reins of multiple software application teams, of around 15 people. There are 5 different scrum teams all developing different applications and as the development manager, you will have overarching authority to implement the changes you see fit in order to improve their development, automation and QA processes. If the technology is out of date, you have the chance to change that. If the processes are old and inefficient, you have the chance to change that.

You’ll be working in a close-knit team where you’ll be able to see the applications you build being used around the world, a great chance to leave your stamp on some major developments. And if you’re hoping to move into a head of department role one day, this is the place to start, with constant internal promotion and regular opportunities in several teams across the business.

Skills and technical understanding – 2 or more of the following:

• C# .NET development
• Python for test automation
• Jenkins (CI/CD)
