This opportunity provides an exciting chance to join a revolutionary decision-making platform using advanced technologies to truly transform business strategy. Acting as translator between process and technology, you will play a client facing role working closely with the delivery team to support the implementation of our platform into our customers business. Working closely with the CTO, you will be key in driving our technical abilities forwards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and decision intelligence with experience in delivering complex solutions that will delight our customers.
Your role:
Work through the entire design process, from design research, framing problems/ propositions, to reimagining end-to-end experience and crafting the details of the service delivery model.
Work with clients to analyse their current environment and their required future state, deploy the processes or analyse a wider business need and define a future state with the client.
Engage with the product team to identify future product enhancements that would deliver benefits to customers faster or to a higher standard.
Assist in the creation of a value proposition for the client and prioritise based on value, return on investment and strategic intent.
Drive the success of the project working alongside a cross-functional team including both client and internal resources.
Continuously manage and adjust for any internal/external factors that may have an impact on the roadmap.
Your expertise:
Successful track record in a Technical Business Analysis/Solutions Architecture role.
Strong data analytics or machine learning background. Experience developing end to end RPA solutions and automation is desirable.
Excellent leadership qualities and stakeholder management skills.
A clear understanding of typical enterprise data and integration challenges and an ability to rapidly understand the application of new APIs or frameworks and use them creatively to solve client problems.
Good understanding of operational systems, specifically in those areas affected by Risk and Compliance use cases and the needs of end users.
This is a hybrid role working in London/Norwich offices and remotely.
