Location: Can be home based with occassional travel onsite (London OR Hampshire, UK)
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 per annum Plus Company car, Matched Pension, Bonus and Lots more!

Jumar are recruiting for an accomplished, UK based IT Solutions Architect to join a large scale and well established public services organisation, who we’ve been working with for several years.

We are looking for an Solution Architect with a strong background of working in the public sector and a good understanding of supporting bids.

The role requires deep experience in selecting and integrating business applications and working within the UK government procurement/bids cycle.

The successful candidate willl have an excellent knowledge of building an application stack for a client.

The client is flexible in terms of solutions and technologies worked on, they will look at any solution/technology background.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the IT design development, through the capture and definition of customer, security, and operational requirements and deliver an architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment that meets the business needs.

Required experience:

• Strong Solutions Architecture background
• Extensive business applications work and defining the business application stack
• Public Sector background
• Strong understanding of contracts & bids
• Building an application stack
• A good understanding of modern IT technologies (Infrastructure/Applications/Cloud)
• Agile methodology
• SC Security Clearance or eligible
