System Engineering Consultant | Up to £70,000 | Remote-first

Looking for a hands-off environment where you can have senior influence in the architecture and direction of manufacturing systems with an global industrial services firm?

Your Role:
I’m searching for a System Engineering Consultant who can advise and guide multiple brands under a large engineering group on their system and process design. Since achieving significant business growth over the last 5 years, my client are interested in bringing on an experienced system/automation/digitalisation professional who will assist in the unification and scalability of their industrial systems ensuring the continued operational success and company growth.
With over 50,000 employees across more than 50 countries, opportunity isn’t hard to find and a great benefit of this role will be the opportunity to liaise with a variety of senior stakeholders to discuss and implement high-level plans. You’ll have the chance to make a clear and real impact on the cost-savings of multiple large businesses while improving efficiency and harnessing the latest engineering technology.

Skill Set:

• Experience using AVEVA products or Azure IoT software.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 practices.
• An ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A background in mechanical/industrial/electrical engineering.

Location:
Remote first with the option to work out of any one of their 100 sites across the UK. This role will require occasional client site’ visits.
