About the role We are recruiting for an TA Specialist to step into a role created to contribute to attraction activity, to maximise partnerships to drive pipelines, as well as use of central direct sourcing tools and techniques. This person will provide a comprehensive advisory service for the business recruitment needs and provide proactive supply of qualified talent in line with the hiring forecast whilst supporting the business in attracting, sourcing and recruiting high calibre individuals through the provision of a proactive, efficient, and professional end-to-end recruitment service. In addition you will ; Work closely with Heads of Departments and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies. Work with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines. Use recruitment channels such as agencies, referrals, and your established networks and identify new channels to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talents to join our team. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as cultural fit with our fast-paced environment. Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams across Node4 Group, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to the offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates. Determine and establish recruiting KPIs to create a metrics-driven organisation that drives accountability and keeps the team focused on creating a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. What you’ll bring Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Keen attention to detail, data-driven, and experience in both building and executing recruiting processes. Passionate about providing a great experience for all of our candidates, whether they pass or not to build positive employer branding. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability. Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages. Optimistic and collaborative – we’re building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us.
