What will you be doing?
How is it structured?
Developing your understanding of local and international tax laws is at the heart of this programme. Learn on the job, through structured training and from professionals who will push you to reinvent the working world as we know it. And work towards your ICAEW (England) or ICAS (Scotland) qualification throughout this Level 7 Apprenticeship.
Year one
Your first year will be spent understanding how businesses operate and the tax issues associated with them. You’ll build your technical knowledge by assisting with tax work, working alongside offshore support, and learning how we can digitise tax for the future.
Years two and three
You’ll continue studying for your professional qualification, gaining invaluable experience through technical tax work and working directly with leaders. You will be assisting and delegating work to new joiners and taking on more responsibility.
Year four
You’ll become proficient in problem solving, decision making and client management. And you ll qualify as a chartered accountant.
Alongside our programme offering, we give you all the training and exposure to real-world work you could want. We also offer company-wide and programme-specific rewards that make all the hard work worthwhile. These include wellbeing initiatives, a free tech MBA, healthcare support, a pension scheme and more.
