Teaching Assistant

Location: Hillingdon

Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (September 2023 – July 2024)

Salary: Starting from £80 + per day depending on experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated Graduate or Experienced Teaching Assistant to join an excellent Secondary School in Hillingdon. This school has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted in their last TWO inspections!

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Support students on an individual or small group basis
• Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Assist with administrative tasks and resource preparation
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• A graduate degree or equivalent qualification
• Enthusiasm, passion, and a positive attitude towards education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability

Experience in a similar role is not necessary as they school are happy to provide the necessary training and support. They are primarily looking for individuals who are eager to make a difference and contribute to the school community.
