We are pleased to be recruiting a Technical Programme Manager here at ATG! This role is based in our head office in London’s West End, with hybrid working (up to 3 days per week) available, reporting into the VP of Engineering. You will work closely with the digital delivery teams and be a part of the digital operational leadership team.
This is a varied and critical leadership role for which there is a significant opportunity for personal development.
As the Technical Programme Manager, you will:
Work with agile delivery teams to track delivery progress towards product and technical goals.
Collaboratively define the metrics we will use to track delivery progress and agile effectiveness.
Analyse delivery progress and work with teams to act on delivery forecasts.
Co-ordinate major releases that cut across multiple teams.
Support the identification and resolution of cross team RAID items.
Lead multi-sprint planning activities.
Take an active role in promoting agile and scaled agile best practices.
Have knowledge and experience of managing and facilitating the resolution of RAID items.
