What you will be doing:
Reporting to the head of Technical Services, you will be the first port of call for customers when they need to log a complaint.
Logging, investigate complaints.
Responding to complaints in the set time frame
Site and customer KPI reports
Check daily production record and raise any issues.
Artwork and packaging control
GMP and Quality Audits
What you will need to succeed:
Previous in a quality driven / manufacturing environment.
