Description
As the Technical Services Engineer, you will utilise your technical skillset to answer, resolve & repair any issues, ensuring maximum efficiency & availability of their machinery. As well as:
Key Responsibilities:
On-site/off-site analysis and troubleshooting of, among other things, optimises, inverters, EV chargers, battery systems or Smart Energy solutions as well as complex communication processes
Update the knowledge base used by other technical support staff with new troubleshooting information
You will document, process, monitor, and coordinate your inquiries (in the support tool, CRM)
You check and authorise replacement deliveries in cooperation with involved departments
You will work closely with Technical Support
You take on tasks in our Buddy System and support lower level colleagues development
Monday – Friday On-site (Standard Office Hours)
Profile
You will ideally come from a Technical background (Maintenance, Design, Technical Support, Projects etc.), with experience dealing with clients or customers, as well as:
Committed and responsible personality with a completed, subject-specific degree or comparable qualification)
You are communicative and like to make phone calls and master the rules of e-mail communication
You speak confidently and situationally, but always friendly with customers, employees and partners
You have mastered all common Microsoft Office products and can use them safely
