Our Telesales team are responsible for making contact with self-employed individuals (many of whom have been referred to us from the company contracting them for work) to discuss the services we offer.
As a Telesales Assistant Manager, you’ll be fully trained, not only in selling techniques but also in the details of self-assessment tax, VAT, and self-employment in general. With these new skills and knowledge, you’ll be able to best advise customers on the products or packages we can offer to suit their needs and support them with their finances and accounting.
We offer several products and services across the Group, so understanding the customers’ circumstances and needs will help you to identify other services we can provide.
As the Telesales Assistant Manager, you’ll also be tasked with supporting the Internal Sales Director with successfully delivering departmental KPI’s, whilst acting as a mentor and motivator for the other members of the telesales department.

OTE up to £38,000. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, and Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. All applications require the right to work in the UK; we don’t currently hold a licence to provide work sponsorship.
