The purpose of this role is to revamp, improve and grow our flagship Modern Slavery Awareness Training ; The Training Manager will support the Innovations Team’s mission to grow Hestia’s profile in the sector and raise awareness about Modern Slavery by creating new training packages, identifying business opportunities, selling our training packages, managing relationships with customers, delivering external fee-paying training and generating income, to support pro-bono endeavours.
