So, you re good with cars and looking for a new job. How about an exciting role working on a military estate in support of our Army customers? You ll get to work with a variety of vehicles and customers. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services Your main responsibility is to provide support to the Army customer in the provision of transport services and to liaise with other departments on associated issues. However, this role is part working outside on the vehicles and part office based, so in addition to ensuring all vehicles are at the required standard for handover to the customer, you ll be required to complete office duties such as preparing paperwork, allocating and scheduling vehicles on maintenance tasks, closing assigned jobs and other general duties. We re big on Safety First , so you should always have a safety conscious mindset when performing assigned tasks. To do this effectively, basic knowledge of military type wheeled vehicles and an understanding of military/transport processes would be an advantage. But more importantly, you should have experience working in a customer-facing service environment, doing work that requires you to pay close attention to detail, and working within a small team. In this role, you should be able to identify and respond to customer needs and communicate effectively at all levels, both within your team and especially outside of it. You must have proven IT literacy and a fully valid UK driving licence. You should also be able to obtain basic Security Clearance. In addition, it would be desirable to have completed JAMES and CLARITY training and possess user experience for both. Salary: £21,900 per annum Location: Warminster Please note: Our garrisons are tobacco free working environments.
