Teacher of Urdu – Preston – ASAP or September Fully qualified teacher of Urdu with QTS is required to teach Urdu on a permanent part time basis at a secondary school in Preston. The role will start as soon as possible or from September. All candidates are required to hold QTS to be considered for this position. The school would ideally like the candidate to start as soon as possible or from September 2023. Prospero teaching are working with a school in Preston who are seeking a passionate and innovative teacher of Urdu to join them as soon as possible or for September on a permanent part time basis. You will be required to teach Urdu to key stage 3 & 4 classes of varying academic abilities. It is essential that you have a degree qualification and a valid and recognised teaching qualification and have experience teaching in a UK secondary school. CONTRACT DETAILS Preston Secondary school Urdu Teacher KS3/KS4 Classes ASAP or September 2023 Part time Minimum rate £145 per day 8:15 am – 4pm Monday to Friday EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Fully qualified teacher with QTS Language specialist capable of teaching Urdu KS3 and KS4 Innovative and creative teaching strategies and lessons Aim to strive towards good and outstanding standards ICT capable with interactive whiteboards etc.TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional references Qualifications (QTS) Up to date safeguarding training (essential, however, training can be provided) Up to date prevent awareness training (essential, however, training can be provided) If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
