Concept Resourcing are looking for a UCD Operations Specialist to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.

This is an initial 4 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £450-500 per day, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience;

• Substantial experience of managing user research operations including participant recruitment; consent processes and data management.
• Knowledge of user research, including a range of qualitative research methods, and the types of outputs that user researchers typically produce.
• Confidence working in highly policy-driven environments, facing ambiguity, changing priorities and different ways of working.
• Knowledge of the government Service Standard and Service Manual
• Understanding of how user research informs agile delivery phases.
• Experience of overseeing the life cycle of identifying, capturing, classifying, storing and maintaining assets and GDPR standards.
