Fully RemoteThis role has arisen, to provide extra project based support on a migration from legacy contact centre telephony systems onto a cloud based solution.The client is moving from Liberty / CTalk, onto a Five9 solution, which will also integrate with MS Teams. In this role you will be a key player during the project to support with general project based migration activities, technical testing and BAU issues.Role: Voice EngineerDuration: 9 MonthsStatus: Inside IR35Location: RemoteKey Skills Required:
Background in Voice Engineering, and working with contact centre telephony, migrations / upgrades
Experience in legacy systems – Liberty / CTalk
Integration with MS Teams would be a nice to have
Testing during the migration, and early stage training – new system is Five9
