Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for a WorkshopElectrical Engineer to join on a permanent basis. This company is located in Nottingham (Nottinghamshire, East Midlands). Salary on Offer & promotional aspects:The salary on offer for the successful Workshop Electrical Engineer is £25,000 per annum. This is an excellent development opportunity as their will promotional aspects for the Workshop Electrical Engineer to progress into the workshop yes or into design team, and could move into field as well as Research & Development. Key responsibility and duties are:

• Building and wiring electrical control panels
• Assembly of mechanical brackets from in-house design drawings
• Assembly of conveyors
• Cutting and preparing in-house made items
• Use and maintain 3D Printers, tools, and machinery to a high standard, to ensure equipment is in full working order

Qualifications / Skills needed:

• Education HND/HNC/A-Levels level/Apprenticeship
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
• Previous experience in an engineering workshop environment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and understand mechanical 3D modelling
• Competence using cutting machines, hand, and machine drilling equipment
• Experienced at wiring panels and diagnosing faults
• Previous experience in an engineering workshop environment
• Good English, Maths, and IT skills
• Self-starting with a sense of urgency, motivated by achievement
• Strong at problem solving with data driven analysis
• Team player within a multi-functional project team
