Leading a team of dedicated engineers, you will manage the flow of projects through the engineering bay, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and efficient production and installation. you will take ownership of the entire process of operations and deliver production efficiencies and develop and manage your team.This opportunity would suit an engineer with a background in metalwork, who has some previous management/team leading experience and who wants to develop and progress as a Head of Engineering, starting with a small team but with the aim of growing this over time and increasing your own responsibilities and opportunities. Manage the flow of projects through the engineering bay, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and efficient production and installation.
