The role can be reduced, in summary, as shaping the strategic direction of software engineering practices; developing and delivering a roadmap that supports the end-client’s goal of providing reliable, quality services to both internal and external customers.
We believe the right person may come from a BA/PM/Scum/Agile career path, with a strategic focus, rather than a particular SWE specialism.
The role supports both existing core business systems, and also the newer, modern, digital services.
